Sleeplessness in the brutal Brisbane heat

The humidity in Brisbane has been absolutely brutal lately and it is really starting to mess with my sleep cycle. I find myself tossing and turning all night, waking up drenched and feeling more tired than when I went to bed. I've tried fans and aircon, but my mind just won't shut off from the day's stress.
