
WELCOME NEW CLIENTS!
Thank you for checking us out! Please follow the below steps to get started. The first boarding or in-home-stay service will be completed by one of the three owners, please request dates in advance if possible.

STEP 1
Let us know the requested dates and services you are interested in via website inquiry. Please give us details on your pets, location and if you'd prefer boarding with us or an in home stay with a sitter in your home.

STEP 2
Schedule a Meet and Greet before the first service. We offer virtual or in-person, however, in-person is the most popular.

STEP 3
Fill out your dog's Pet Pocketbook profile including behavioral, diet, medical, and any other helpful information we may need during the stay.

STEP 4
Once the meet and greet is completed and dates are approved we will let you know who is assigned to the stay and we will ensure you have their contact via group text should you need to get in touch with them during the stay.Â

VIRTUAL MEET & GREET
Would you consider your dog to have never met a stranger? This option is a convenient way for you to get to know our lead sitters, go over your dog's schedule and any house needs we should know about. We can schedule a video call to go over this information and any questions you may have. This option applies to Walk Services, Boarding, and In Home Stays.

IN PERSON MEET & GREET
This in person option will include two of our lead sitters meeting you and your pup in your home, sitter's home, or an agreed neighborhood meeting spot. If your dog takes time to get comfortable with new people this is a great way to see if we are a good fit for future bookings. These typically take up to 30 minutes for the sitters to familiarize themselves with your pup(s) and go over any necessary information and questions.
